Full Feature List
Calendar View
On the home screen, all WIN Time activities will be displayed in a calendar view so you can see what time they are occurring each day.
Add Activity
Create a new activity for WIN Time, assigning a grade and choosing from your school’s activity categories (Ex. Reading) and activity type (Ex. Enrichment, Intervention).
Assign Students
Once you have selected the grade level you want, edit the list of students assigned to the activity by delete removing specific students from the list.
Split Activity into 2 Sessions
You can split a WIN activity into 2 sessions while you are setting it up. This is great for flexible groups, or even simple rotations. Move assigned students to the session they need most.
Add Grade Levels
On the Classrooms page where you can view all students, add a new grade level to expand the students you can assign to WIN activities.
Assign Tiers & Special Programs
When adding or editing individual students, you can assign them a Tier and also any Special Programs they are a part of. These will be visible to you when creating activities and adding performance data.
Add Performance Data
Assign students grade scores for each WIN activity, using a number percentage score, or an Alternative score such as A-F or 1-4.
See Grade Level Performance Rate
As you add student scores, you will be able to see the whole grade level’s overall Performance Rate, based on the past week’s data.
Add Assessments for Each Activity
On the Scores page, you can select a date, activity, and grade level, and create a new assessment based on each activity.
Upload Files in Library
The Library page is your own personal resource hub where you can upload links, documents, audio or video files, and images.
View, Link, or Download Files
In your Library, you can link to the files you uploaded, view them in your browser, or download them.
Message other Teachers
The Message page allows you to instantly send messages to other staff members who are using WIN Time software. Quickly communicate about students and upcoming WIN activities.
Create Group Chats
To talk to more than one teacher at a time, create and name a Group Chat for team-based conversations.
Share Files in Messages
You can upload any files from your personal Library into the chat to share your resources with others.
View Notifications
The Notice Board will show you any messages Admin have created to share with you and other teachers. You can view these notices and mark them as read.
