Our Story

Enriching Students® joined forces with Stephanie McConnell to bring WIN Time Software to life for K-5 schools.

How do you ensure EVERY student gets what they need to be successful?

This is the basic principal behind WIN Time. WIN stands for ‘What I Need’, and it is a dedicated time during the school day for students to receive extra help, services, interventions, enrichments, and more. Really, its purpose is to provide a student with whatever they need in addition to their regular class. WIN Time exists during the school day, not before or after, to make these opportunities accessible to all.

WIN Time Software was created to help schools manage the logistics of WIN time, and create a truly sustainable program. Schools use it to create WIN activities, group students, share WIN time resources, track assessments and more. We took ownership of WIN Time Software on April 1st, 2025, but the story doesn’t start there.

A principal with nearly 20 years of experience, Stephanie McConnell, created WIN Time software and is truly an expert in the field of education. She is the co-author of the book WIN Time, along with fellow educator Morris Lyon, current school principal, and consultant-owner of Principal Principles. Stephanie believes that WIN Time can transform schools, as she has seen firsthand.

Stephanie remains a consultant for WIN Time software, and uses Principal Principles to educate and help other school leaders build the strengths they need to support their student and staff.

We share Stephanie’s conviction that WIN Time is a transformative tool, and we look forward to continuing to adapt it and evolve WIN Time Software to meet the needs of K-5 schools in the coming years!
